Fitness Classes
HIIT / Circuit
Tuesday | 9am
Thursday | 9am
The Tuesday and Thursday classes are a combination of Functional Strength Training and HIIT run about 45 minutes. Tuesday is total body but with an emphasis on lower body and core. Thursday is total body with an emphasis on upper body and core.
Strength / Weights
Tuesday | 5:30pm
Thursday | 6pm
Friday | 9am
These are dedicated weight/strength days and run about 50 minutes. My aim is to focus on heavier more complex lifts that focus on building strength (lifts of 3-8 reps) and Hypertrophy (reps of 15-20).
HIIT + Boxing
Saturday | 7am
Saturday morning is a combination of cardio and boxing. This class runs about 40 minutes and is aimed at elevating the heart rate and burning calories.
Functional Training
A focus on real-life movements and activities, helping you build strength, agility, and mobility that directly enhance your daily life. Through targeted exercises and functional movements, we aim to improve your overall physical fitness and help you perform everyday tasks with ease and confidence.
HIIT

Circuit Training
